REFUNDS

There are no refunds as a rule, but I do reserve the right to grant either a total or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS

Refunds do not happen automatically with cancellation. Please inform me of cancellations at least 48 hours before the time of our scheduled session. You can email me at groverune@gmail.com to let me know. No-shows will not automatically be refunded. Clients may reschedule one time, and if the second scheduled appointment is missed, the client will forfeit their session.

RESCHEDULING

The confirmation email you received upon booking has a link to cancel or change your appointment time, which is allowed up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will be treated as a no-show. If you can not find your confirmation email, send me an email at groverune@gmail.com.

LATE ARRIVALS

Any amount of time missed during consultation will not be made up for, unless I decide otherwise. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

Privacy:

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting it. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what information I may collect using this website, and how it may be used. We may collect personal information from you such as your name or email address. For example, you may voluntarily submit information to the Website by filling out an intake form, subscribing to a newsletter, or submitting a contact form.

We may use the information collected in the following ways:
To render services to the client
To operate and maintain the website and practice operations;
To send newsletters. Each newsletter will provide information on how to opt-out of future mailings;
To send you administrative communications, such as administrative emails, confirmation emails, technical notices, updates on policies, or security alerts;
To respond to your comments or inquiries;
To provide you with user support;
To process payment for purchases you make through the Website; or,
To share files of astrology content upon obtaining consent

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared in session is confidential, and would only be shared in the case of a legal matter such as mandatory reporting.

THIRD-PARTY USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your information with third parties when you explicitly authorize us to share your information.

Additionally, the Website may use third-party service providers’ service various aspects of the Website. Each third-party service provider’s use of your personal information is dictated by their respective privacy policies. The Website currently uses the following third-party service providers:

Google Analytics – this service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics. PayPal– this service is used to serve our ecommerce platform. At no time is your banking information passed to the Website. We receive only information used for order fulfillment. Squarespace – this service is used to host this website, for delivery of email updates and newsletters. We store your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications. Squarespace does track the same information as Google Analytics, including referrer, website behaviors, date and time of access, and IP address. Acuity — this service is used to automate booking and scheduling of clients, as well as managing intake forms. This information is shared with Google Calendar on a password and biometrically-protected device.

Except when required by law, we will not sell, distribute, or reveal your email addresses or other personal information without your consent.

NEWSLETTERS

On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an email and if you click any links in the email. Also, this allows the Website to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.

You may opt-out of future email communications by following the unsubscribe links in our emails. You may also notify us at groverune@gmail.com to be removed from our mailing list.

I am not currently recording sessions, but I can upon request send a write up summary of our discussion.

SCOPE OF SERVICES PROVIDED

Grove Rune (Sara Dupre) provides services only within the scope of the astrological profession. By scheduling a session, you are agreeing that the services of Sara Dupre (Grove Rune, Grove Rune LLC) are provided for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only. A reading is not intended to take the place of medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. She will refer clients to qualified professionals as necessary on a case-by-case basis.

AGE LIMITS

We don’t serve minors or those under 18 years of age. By booking, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS

I have an open-door policy. Please feel free to reach out with follow up questions (within reason) after your appointment, to provide clarification or closure on anything discussed during the reading.

HARASSMENT

Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. Grove Rune (Sara Dupre) has the right to refuse service at any time for any reason during the course of a consultation.

Your submission of personal information through the website is dictated by our Privacy Policy.

While we will do our best, we can not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, because we can not control your expectations. We will do our best to correct any errors deemed legitimate as soon as possible upon discovery although there are no returns or refunds on purchased products. We are not accountable for any decisions made by users or clients based on information provided on this website or during rendering of Services. Responsibility is placed upon the user or client.

The material on this site is provided for entertainment general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. ART FOR SALE

Due to my products being one of a kind and handmade, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault (i.e. wrong item sent.)

If for any reason you need a refund on your order, you MUST ship back the undamaged item back to me before getting your refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me. Please email me first in this case: groverune@gmail.com .

Please note, that due to the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be a accurate reproduction of the actual product.

I am not responsible for any damaged or lost packages due to carrier mishandling. Once the package is shipped, it is out of my control what happens to the package. Check tracking numbers frequently, which will be attached to your order once shipped. Make sure someone is home/able to receive the package to limit the possibility of theft. If your tracking number does not update within 72 hours of it being shipped, complete a help request form on USPS Website. After 7 days of completing the form, if the tracking is still not updated you can submit a missing mail search request on USPS Website.

Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing. I am not responsible for packages shipped back to me for insufficient address. If a package is returned to me, you will be asked to repay the shipping fee to ship back to the correct address. If you notice the address is wrong after ordering, you have 24 hours to email me the correct info. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped. After orders are shipped, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for your package to arrive. For international orders, please allow an additional 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
